Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market: begins May 11

Trinity Bellwoods Farmers Market begins it's fourth season on TUESDAY MAY 11th, 2010, 3pm to 7pm.  And every Tuesday after that till Oct. 26th.   Located at Dundas W and Shaw in the quiet green space surrounding the Simon Bolivar statue and Portuguese Monuments. Please walk, bike, TTC to get there and bring your own re-useable shopping bags.  

The market mandate is to support and promote local and urban sustainable agriculture.  To educate the community in the foods they eat, the source in which it comes and how it is grown and/or prepared.  To increase community access to seasonal healthy, local organically grown produce, meats and dairy.
