3 1 1: Over 180 Languages

Good News. We have been hearing great things from residents about the City's new service, complaint and support program called "311".  Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with access to over-the-phone interpreters that speak more than 180 languages.  The service is currently provided by phone, e-mail and mail to residents living in the Toronto boundaries.  In the coming months, the service will expand and allow residents to make requests and track their status online.  For more information, just dial "311" or visit http://toronto.ca/311.
